Rich Moravec

HPO Director | Physical Therapist

Since retiring from the military in 2014, Rich Moravec has been working in the special operations community as a Performance Physical Therapist & Injury Manager and as the Director of Human Performance for The Peak Inc.   Rich spent nine years in the Marine Corps and eleven years in the Army before retiring.  Most notably, Rich served combat deployments with the 1st Battalion / 75th Ranger Regiment and was the Director of the Warrior Training and Rehabilitation Program at Fort Jackson, SC.  In 2008 Rich was the recipient of the General Schofield Leadership Legacy Award for the US Army Training and Doctrine Command for his work in designing and implementing an extremely successful injury rehabilitation and reconditioning program at the US Army’s largest initial entry training base.  As a government contractor, Rich has been a key player in the development of a top-notch Human Performance Program for the US Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) which focuses on a holistic approach to preparation, maintenance and rehabilitation of AFSOC special operators for their rigorous mission set.

Will Lawhorn

Will Lawhorn, Med, ATC, CSCS, USAW, FMS is currently the Head ATC and Strength and Conditioning coach with the 123d Special Tactics Squadron in Louisville, Kentucky. Since graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Will has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer(ATC) with a variety of athlete populations. He was the Head Athletic Trainer for Jeannette Senior High School in Jeannette, PA from 2009-2011. He was an ATC with the Baltimore Orioles organization from 2009-2012 and with the Chicago White Sox in 2013.

Will is a Certified Athletic Trainer. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA). He is a Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. He certified in the Functional Movement Screen through Functional Movement Systems. He is currently a competitive Powerlifter. He has been married to his wife Emily since 2014 and are currently raising 2 children together.

Jacob Kilbride

Jacob Kilbride, LMT, TSAC-F, USAW-L2, FST, FMS, has been a Strength & Conditioning coach since 2007. He graduated from Spencerian School of Massage in 2011 with a degree in massage therapy. He has managed, owned and operated 3 gyms. Jacob has worked with College Track and Field Athletes for Spaulding University, Professional Arena Football Athletes and numerous athletes in the sports of triathlon, running, cycling and CrossFit.

He holds a Massage Therapy License (LMT), USA Weightlifting Advanced Certification, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Jacob is also a certified FST Therapist (Fascial Stretch Therapy) from the Stretch to Win Institute   Jacob is also proficient in various other Manual and Soft Tissue Techniques including Muscle Energy Techniques, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesio-Taping Techniques and Functional Movement Systems.

Lindsey Pfau

Lindsey Elizabeth Pfau MS RD CSSD has been working to improve people’s health and performance through nutrition for over 9 years. Specialized in sports and tactical performance nutrition, Lindsey has worked in Division 1 Athletics including the University of Georgia, Florida State University, and the University of Texas San Antonio in addition to many years serving a government contract with Air Force Special Operations Command under the Preservation of the Force and Family. She now owns her own business, Rise Up Nutrition, helping athletes use food as fuel to perform at their highest level.

Brad Hollingsworth

Strength and Conditioning Professional with a Secret Security Clearance and 10+ years of proven experience in Development and Training, Events, and Personnel Leadership. Accomplished measurable results while leading teams of 2 – 15 in a dynamic, fast – paced environment. Possess a comprehensive background in Physical Fitness, Mentoring, Operational Management and Instruction derived from conducting hands-on training. Possess extensive knowledge in nutrition, injury prevention and performance training. Managed risk upon multiple lines to protect assets, property, and equipment valued over $163K while meeting the expectations of senior leadership. Possess an extensive knowledge of business operations garnered by owning and developing PEAK Athletics. Recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism in the United States Marine Corps. Career supported by specialized military training, civilian experience, and the pursuit of a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science.

BRITTNI DESANDER

Brittni DeSander CSCS, TSAC-F has experience coaching a wide array of tactical athletes. She served on active duty in the Marine Corps from 2006-2010 and soon after getting her CSCS she began working for the Corps. Her experience since also includes working with Collegiate athletics, professional athletes, and first responders. Her passion lies in helping tactical athletes move better, feel better, and perform at their highest potential.

BOBBY WHEELER

My name is Bobby Wheeler. Bobby has been married for 19 years and has 3 children, 26, 17 and 14. He is a retired Master Sergeant and Combat Veteran with 26 years of service to our country. Bobby is passionate about helping others find the best version of themselves.

Bobby holds Certifications from Original Strength as a coach and he possesses an Associates degree / Master Personal Trainer through International Sport Science Association (ISSA). He is also a former Army Master Fitness Trainer and is working to finish his Bachelors degree in Sport Science.

Bobby is a coach / trainer for North Carolina National Guard Remedial Fitness and Nutrition Program as part of the Fit 2 Serve initiative. The program provides Soldiers with 6 Months of physical training and nutritional guidance in order to make lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellness. Recently, Bobby was hired as a trainer and assistant manager at SPENGA gym and also works as a trainer at Original Strength gym in Fuquay Varina.
